Any deposits received by December 31st @ 2:59 p.m. (UTC) will be processed and players' balances will be updated accordingly.
Any deposits received between December 31st @ 3:00 p.m. (UTC) and January 3rd @ 10:59 p.m. (UTC) will be processed from January 3rd @ 11:00 p.m. (UTC) and players' balances will be updated accordingly.
Depending on the financial institution used to make a deposit, please understand there may be some delays with players' funds arriving to BET CHANNEL.

◆Withdrawal

For any withdrawal requests made by 5:00 a.m. (UTC) on December 30th, they will be processed the same day.
For any withdrawal requests made after 5:00 a.m. (UTC) on December 30th, they will be processed from January 6th.
