From February 1, 2024, all handicap markets will be graded based on Japanese handicap rules.
In order to understand the change in rules, please refer to the Handicap Reference Chart.
Basketball Betting Rules
A game will be decided as final at the conclusion of four (4) quarters of play (overtime is not included).
- ・Available wagers will be on whether Team A will win, Team B will win or Team A will draw against Team B.
The winning team will be defined as the team awarded the win by the game's referees.
A tie game is defined as both teams having the same score after the conclusion of the 4th quarter. - ・If a game is abandoned, the game will be graded as “no action” and all wagers placed will be refunded.
※If a team is disqualified and a winning team is not declared then the game will be graded as “no action” and all wagers placed will be refunded.
If Team A wins, all wagers placed on selections Team B and Tie/Draw will be graded as a loss while wagers placed on selection Team A will be graded as a win.
If Team B wins, all wagers placed on selections Team A and Tie/Draw will be graded as a loss while wagers placed on selection Team B will be graded as a win.
If the game ends as a tie after the conclusion of four (4) quarters of play, all wagers placed on selections Team A and Team B will be graded as a loss while wagers placed on selection Tie/Draw will be graded as a win.

※The bar graph under each game shows in real time the percentage of wagers placed on both teams. If you would like to place a wager on a team at 100% understand that your wager will be pending until it can be accepted.
Reserve Bet
If the proportion of wagers placed on a certain team is 100% and a player would like to place a wager on that team, the player's wager will be put into the queue.
Once a wager is placed on the team with a proportion percentage at 0% then reserve bets placed on the other team will be finalized in the order that they were placed.
To confirm if any reserve bets placed have been finalized, please go to your My Account page.

The team that is the favorite will have the minus sign in front of the handicap value whereby the team that is the underdog will have the plus sign in front of the handicap value.
If you win your wager then your return will be calculated based on the defined fixed odds.
Team A vs. Team B (fixed odds rate = 1.90)
Example 1: Team A with a -0.5 handicap wins by a score of 105-100.
If a US$100 wager is placed on Team A then the return will be US$100 + US$90 = US$190 because the wager won.
If a US$100 wager is placed on Team B then the return will be US$0 because the wager lost.
Example 2: Team A with a -2.0 handicap wins by a score of 98-96.
If a US$100 wager is placed on Team A then the return will be US$100 because the wager was a draw.
If a US$100 wager is placed on Team B then the return will be US$100 because the wager was a draw.
Example 3: Team A with a -2.5 handicap wins by a score of 106-104.
If a US$100 wager is placed on Team A then the return will be US$50 because 50% of the wager lost.
If a US$100 wager is placed on Team B then the return will be US$100 + US$45 = US$145 because 50% of the wager won at odds of 1.90.
Example 4: Team A with a -2H5 handicap wins by a score of 100-97.
If a US$100 wager is placed on Team A then the return will be US$100 + US$45 = US$145 because 50% of the wager won at odds of 1.90.
If a US$100 wager is placed on Team A then the return will be US$50 because 50% of the wager lost.
